realme brings its ultimate power, a new model under the GT series. Which is named realme GT 5. Usually it is the only flagship series of realme. It comes with different versions, design is taken from the previous realme GT Neo 5 model.
As compared to the previous model realme GT 5 is not new, but it is a much upgraded version as well. Which features 24GB RAM, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, 50MP camera etc.
realme GT 5 debuts in China
We will go to the specifications section later. We want to discuss storage units and pricing in China. realme GT 5 debuts with two versions, first is 150W and second is 240W.
This first version of 150W and 5,240mAh capacity battery comes with two storage configurations, 12+256GB and 16+512GB, prices are 2,999 CNY ($411) and 3,299 CNY ($452), respectively.
The second version of 240W and 4,600mAh capacity batteries comes with a single storage configuration, 24GB+1TB that costs 3,799 CNY ($521).
Both versions are already on pre-orders. Open sales fixes to start from September 4. It has two colour variants, Flowing Silver, Starry Oasis.
realme GT 5 specifications
realme GT 5 debuts with powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, run on Android 13 and get customization of realme UI 4.0 out of the box. It packs up to 24GB RAM and 1TB storage, battery configurations are mentioned previously. It uses an X7 display chip that boosts game FPS.
Like the realme GT Neo 5, the realme GT 5 debuts with a RGB backlight in the rear panel. Inside the flat display which is 6.74 inch of 10-bit AMOLED panel, 1,240 × 2,772 pixels resolution, 144Hz refresh rate and 1400 nits peak brightness.
The downside or a better performer lens pointed on realme GT 5. Yes, you should not be worried about knowing that in the triple camera panel, the primary camera is a 50MP resolution Sony IMX890 sensor wirh OIS support, which is commonly used on many devices, like Nothing Phone (2), Oppo Reno 10 Pro and Pro+ etc.
The other two cameras are an 8MP ultrawide sensor and a 2MP macro. In addition, a 16MP selfie snapper pointed at the punch hole notch. Furthermore, heat management is covered by a 9-layer cooling system that has a 20,827mm² vapor chamber.
