Rain water touch protection on OnePlus Ace 2 Pro featured

OnePlus Ace 2 Pro has already scheduled to debut officially on August 16. Before this schedule event it suddenly shares rain water touch protection.

Li Jie, OnePlus China’s President has introduced Rain water touch protection feature in a video posting on Weibo. Which is a Chinese micro-blogging social platform.

When rain waters or snow are continuously gathering into a touch display screen, it becomes more difficult to use the device. The touchscreen is trying to get the exact command from the users and unfortunately continuous calibrating occurs.

To keep you slightly safe from this issue, it was advised to use hydrophobic coating in the display, which is beneficial but not in the exact amount.

Now the rain water touch protection feature in OnePlus Ace 2 Pro may introduce the global phone market to give more effective or beneficial features in upcoming smartphones.

By posting a video on Weibo, the President clarifies OnePlus Ace 2 Pro’s water touch protection ability is high enough to use in rain water. Especially who works outside most of the time it is a very needy feature to them.

OnePlus Ace 2 Pro is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, run on Android 13 OS, pack up to 24GB RAM and 1TB storage units.

Inside the triple camera alliance, there is a 50MP Sony IMX890 sensor with OIS support and an 8MP ultrawide and a 2MP sensor. The primary sensor is widely used in many devices, like Nothing Phone (2) and Oppo Reno 10 Pro+.

The front view has a 6.74 inch display of an AMOLED panel, Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. It is headlined with a 5,000mAh battery and a 150W wired charger.
