August is probably the month of Folding phones. Because four phone already launched in market of different companies. Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 4, after this Motorola launch Razr 2022. Now Xiaomi officially released Xiaomi Mix Fold 2. It is the second folding phone of Xiaomi and also the biggest fighter with Samsung.

Mix Fold 2 used most latest chip of market, is Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. Which is a 4nm technology using chip. With 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, it has 1TB UFS 3.1 internal storage, separate as 256GB, 512GB and 1TB. It will run on Android 12 with MIUI Fold 13 user interface.
Mix Fold 2 powering by 4500 mAh battery, 67W wired charger. It might pass a whole day by one time charge. It back side, uses triple camera set up, 50 MP main camera with f/1.8 aperture, 13 MP ultrawide and 8 MP telephoto sensor. Main camera supports 8K resolution video shooting up to 30fps. For selfie, front uses 20 MP camera, where you should shoot video at 1080p with 60fps. About the matter of speaker, it has Stereo speaker, but no separate earphone plug.
Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 has Type-C charging port. Its price starts from 8,999 CNY, it’s about 1340 USD. Pre-order is now ongoing, official sale will start from 16 August in China. Two colour variants, Black and Gold.
