Vivo launched X90 series in China on the fixed date. The series is the successor of Vivo X80 series. There are three devices under this series, including the lineup, X90 Pro and X90 Pro+. These devices are exactly highlighted for the eye-catching red colours.
Vivo X90 Pro specifications
Vivo X90 Pro is with a 6.78 inch OLED panel of Full HD resolution curved edge display, 120Hz refresh rate, 1300 nits peak brightness and HDR10+ support.
Its rear camera module has a round shape camera with metal frame, below the frame has a stripe writing ‘Xtreme Imagination’. These camera systems are co-organised by vivo and Zeiss. It features a 50MP Sony IMX866 primary camera, 50MP Sony IMX663 ultrawide and 12MP Sony ImX663 portrait lens. There is also a 32MP selfie shooter, positioned on the center of the device.
Vivo X90 Pro is under the hood of MediaTek Dimensity 9200 chip, runs on Android 13 with OriginOS 3. Which packed up to 12GB LPDDR5x RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. A 4,870mAh capacity battery will be powering the device with 120W fast charging system support, also 50W wireless technologies.
Three storage configurations of Vivo X90 Pro are now released. These are 8GB+256GB at 4,999 CNY (~700 USD), 12GB+256GB at 5,499 CNY (~770 USD) and 12GB+512GB at 5,999 CNY (~840 USD).
Vivo X90 Pro+ specifications
Vivo X90 Pro+ has many similarities with the ‘Pro’ device. It also has a 6.78 inch OLED curved edge display with 120Hz refresh rate, 2K resolution display, 1300 nits peak brightness.
This device has the similar camera module and stripe on the back, writing ‘Xtreme Imagination’. But it brings difference with the series. Which has much camera optimization for a better picture. Its rear has a 1 inch 50MP primary camera of Sony IMX989 sensor, 48MP ultrawide of Sony IMX598, 50MP portrait lens of Sony IMX758 and finally a telephoto lens of 64MP with 10x optical zoom.
On the storage section, Vivo X90 Pro+ has many similarities with the Pro model, including storage configurations. The device is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, runs on Android 13 OS with OriginOS 3. Which recently launched on Snapdragon Summit. It packed up to 12GB LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. It has a 4,700mAh battery with 80W fast charger and 50W wireless charging support.
Vivo X90 Pro+ pricing tag starts with storage configurations from 12+256GB at 6,499 CNY (~910 USD) and 12+522GB at 6,999 CNY (~980 USD).
About the colours of these phones are similar, Black and Red. Where red are at the extreme level of eye-catching designs. Open sales start from 6th December in China.
