As a Chinese company and a top order market, Vivo choices Vivo X Fold 2 and Vivo X Flip scheduled to launch in China first. These foldable phones has high specifications to ensure capturing foldable phone market. In fact, the global market is getting more competitive gradually.
Tiptser shares the launch date of the upcoming Vivo X Fold 2 and Vivo X Flip scheduled, that is going to be held on April 20 in China. After Chinese launch, we could expect these two models globally.
Vivo X Fold 2 and Vivo X Flip scheduled to launch
Vivo X Fold 2 will be the successor of X Fold. In recent weeks, it visited AnTuTu and that reveals Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC on this phone for the first time in any foldable phone. No other company does not features this latest chip yet.

Vivo X Fold 2 will run on Android 13 OS with its own user interface (UI), packs LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. Expected up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The powerhouse managed by a 4,800mAh capacity battery which is entitled by a 120W wired and a 50W wireless charging technology.
The rear panel of Vivo X Fold 2 has a primary 50MP camera with OIS (Optical Image Stabilization), and dual 12MP camera. Behind the scene, ZEISS featuring the phone.
Vivo X Flip specifications
Vivo X Flip is slightly bringing similarity with Oppo Find N2 Flip, in its secondary display size. Where rumours suggests the primary has a 6.8 inch OLED panel display, Full HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate.
In the last month, Vivo X Flip spotted on Geekbench. That allegedly runs on Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, a dual camera in the rear, these are a 50MP primary camera of Sony IMX766 and a 12MP secondary Sony IMX663. The front has a punch hole notch.
It has said to run on Android 13 OS and a 4,400mAh capacity battery that gets a 44W wired charger, while wireless remains unknown to us.
