Redmi Note 12 series has at least five devices. Alongside, Xiaomi has been confirmed to launch Redmi Note 12 series globally on March 23.
The Chinese smartphone maker has also announced the release of the Redmi Note 12 Turbo, which is set to debut in China on March 28. Additionally, the company has revealed the launch date of the Redmi Note 12 4G in India, it will be launched in India on March 30.
Redmi Note 12 4G specifications
The landing page indicates that Redmi Note 12 4G will feature an AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and will be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 4G SoC (is a upgraded version of Snapdragon 680), offering up to 8GB of RAM.
Like other devices in the Redmi Note 12 lineup, the Redmi Note 12 4G smartphone will feature a triple rear camera unit, including a 50-megapixel sensor, although the company has not yet confirmed other details about the camera setup. The front camera will be housed in a centrally aligned punch-hole cutout at the top of the display
The Redmi Note 12 4G is confirmed to come with a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support, a fingerprint scanner on the side, dual-band Wi-Fi, NFC, Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, and an IP53 rating.
The device is expected to be available in Ice Blue, Mint Green, and Onyx Gray color variants, with the Indian variant spotted in a golden color option in the official tweet. The Redmi Note 12 4G smartphone was also listed on the IMEI database with an Indian and global variant in January of this year.
