Realme has announced that the launch date for the Realme GT Neo 5 SE in China is set for April 3. The company has also shared posters on Weibo, which hint at the phone’s design and specifications.
It is a rebrand design version for less budget of Realme GT Neo 5. In this model, we find changes on rear panel RGB light and less powerful battery that cuts price.
Realme GT Neo 5 SE specifications
According to the posters, the Realme GT Neo 5 SE will feature a 1.5K resolution display with a 144Hz refresh rate, curved edges, and a triple rear camera unit arranged in a rectangular module. The phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 SoC, which allegedly has an overall AnTuTu test score of 1,009,127.
The upcoming smartphone is expected to feature up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 1TB of storage. It will run on Android 13 OS. Alongside, the front display features a 6.74-inch flat OLED display with PWM dimming of 2160Hz and a peak brightness of 1,100 nits.
The camera unit of the Realme GT Neo 5 SE is said to include a 64-megapixel primary sensor, followed by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2-megapixel macro shooter. It could feature a 16-megapixel front camera as well.
The Realme GT Neo 5 SE will be backed by a 5,500mAh battery with support for 100W fast charging. The teasers suggest that the phone will have a design language similar to the Realme GT Neo 5, with curved edges and a triple rear camera unit arranged in a rectangular module.
The launch event for the Realme GT Neo 5 SE will be held in China at 2pm local time (11:30am IST). Realme fans and tech enthusiasts are eagerly awaiting the official release of the Realme GT Neo 5 SE, as it promises to be a powerful and feature-packed smartphone.
