After a while, Poco M6 Pro 5G has gone out in the Indian market. Which is a rebrand version of Redmi 12 5G and Chinese Redmi Note 12R. It comes with two storage variants, 4+64GB at 11,999 INR (135 USD) and 6+128GB at 12,999 INR (160 USD).
Poco offered a 1000 INR ( 12 USD) discount on ICICI Bank credit/ debit cards. The phone will be available from August 9 via Flipkart and other retail stores.
Poco M6 Pro 5G specifications
Poco M6 Pro 5G features a 6.79 inch IPS LCD display of Full HD+ resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate and 550 nits peak brightness. It comes in Power Black and Forest Green colour variants. The cover screen is protected by Gorilla Glass without mentioning the exact version.
The rear panel covered by glass is organized with a 50MP primary and a 2MP secondary sensor. Inside the front display it packs an 8MP punch hole notch. It features a side mounted fingerprint sensor, a 3.5mm headphone jack and IR Bluster for remote control.
Poco M6 Pro 5G is powered by Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chip, packs up to 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. The device runs on Android 13 OS with MIUI 14 out of the box.
Poco has said two major Android updates and three years of security updates.
