Tecno pre-scheduled a music fest in Dhaka that was held a day after the fire incident happened. This incident takes more than 50 people’s lives and some are massively injured.
Tecno previously scheduled the event to take place in Dhaka on March 1st. This fire incident happened in Bailey Road’s restaurant. From child to elder, more than 53 people had died in fire. This sudden incident shows serious irregularities in restaurant management in Dhaka.
This Tecno music fest for Spark 20 series release in Bangladesh. Usually Tecno takes part to prioritize the Bangladeshi market more frequently. They invited an Indian rapper to attend the event as well as some Bangladeshi singers also.
All of the above, this event takes place just a day after the Bailey Road fire incident (29 February). People have criticized this music fest taking place at this moment when hundreds of relatives are collecting the dead bodies.
This is absolutely a negative step by Tecno, may cause a bad impact on their marketing. It should be a better way to postpone the music fest.
