August 14 is going to be a big event for Xiaomi. The company has already announced several devices to debut on this event, including Xiaomi Mix Fold 3, Pad 6 Max with 14 inch display and Band 8 Pro smartwatch. Now Redmi K60 Ultra is a new addition in this list.
Redmi K60 Ultra ready for August 14 event
Redmi K60 Ultra to release on this highlighted event. Xiaomi officially confirmed on Weibo about this additional device at the event. Alongside the event, many leaks are shared and these appear legitimate.
Xiaomi Redmi K60 Ultra will feature MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset, an option for 24GB RAM and 1TB storage. Exactly OnePlus Ace 2 Pro is also ready with 24GB RAM, on August 16.
Redmi K60 Ultra is downgraded on the display in just 1220p resolution panel, where another two got 1440p display. The Ultra has 144Hz refresh rate and a triple shape camera setup in the rear panel. The whole system is led by a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP portrait sensor, alongside an ultrawide also expected. Ultrawide is expected to get better options in this module.
Before this event of August 14 there is no assumption of price. But from last year, the predecessor Redmi K50 Ultra cost 3,000 CNY (415 USD). So this year it might have cost around 450 USD or 3,500 CNY. This is just basic thinking without getting any single sign of pricing of the upcoming Redmi K60 Ultra.
