Xiaomi has introduced their new pad under the sub-brand Redmi. Which features Redmi Pad SE, especially in the European market. This big size display tablet comes as a budget friendly option, starting from just €199.
Redmi Pad SE debuts with three colour variants, Graphite Gray, Mint Green and Lavender Purple. It offers three storage units:
- 4+128GB – €199 (~$217)
- 6+128GB – €229 (~$249)
- 8+128GB – €249 (~$271)

The screen size of Redmi Pad SE is 11 inches in an LCD panel, 1920 × 1200 pixels resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It is designed to give 400 nits peak brightness and weight is 478g and 7.36mm slim.
The Xiaomi’s budget pad is built in Snapdragon 680 chipset, run on Android 13 OS with MIUI 14 out of the box. It packs up to 8GB of RAM and just a single 128GB storage. That might disappoint you though it has an external slot for microSD cards to enlist up to 1TB storage.
The back panel has only a single 8MP sensor with Full HD (1080p) video recording. Inside the front notch a 5MP selfie camera also positioned for video calling and etc. The battery capacity is 8,000mAh, but just a 10W wired charger is not enough for fast charging.
Additionally, Redmi Pad SE debuts with quad speakers, featuring Dolby Atmos. Xiaomi did it! There is a 3.5mm headphone jack, although many companies are keeping a 3.5mm headphone jack to give more slim devices.
By the way, Xiaomi also released Mix Fold 3, Redmi K60 Extreme Edition in the event of August 14.
