Over the course of the last 24 hours, Taiwan’s defense ministry detected the incursion of 40 Chinese air force planes into the airspace within Taiwan’s defense perimeter.
Most of these aircraft were observed flying in a southward direction towards the Bashi Channel.
Notably, four of these planes breached the median line in the Taiwan Strait to the northwest of the island, as depicted on the ministry’s map.
