In November of 2022, OPPO introduced the OPPO A1 Pro smartphone in China.
Recently, a yet-to-be-released OPPO phone with the model number PGJ110 was discovered, featuring images in the database of China’s TENAA certification site.
According to a recent Weibo post by the Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station, the device is set to launch as the OPPO A2 Pro and is scheduled to debut on September 15 in China.
Additional details about the device will be officially confirmed by the brand in the coming days.
The rumored specifications for the OPPO A2 Pro include a 6.7-inch OLED display with curved edges, offering Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It will incorporate an under-display fingerprint sensor for security.
While there’s no information available regarding the processor, the tipster mentioned that the device will boast 12 GB of RAM, 512 GB of internal storage, and a 5,000mAh battery.
Details about its fast charging capabilities and camera specifications are still pending.
Aside from the OPPO A2 Pro, the company is expected to host a launch event to unveil various products, including the OPPO Find N3, Pad Air 2 tablet, Enco X3 TWS earbuds, and ColorOS 14.
Initial reports suggested that this launch event would take place in October. However, the tipster’s message suggests that the Find N3 might be announced in the same month as the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, which is anticipated to launch in October.
Therefore, it’s likely that the Find N3 launch event will be held in October. Please note that the information provided here is based on available details and may be subject to change.
