Bangladeshi state owned telecommunication company Teletalk drowning in debt. It has more than 1500 million debt to another company. Now question come front about its existance.

Starting of Teletalk, hype for its SIM card grows heavily. But after a while, it has less user when another private SIM company is making continuous growth.

Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC), a govt own company, gets 100 crore BDT loan from Teletalk. Another company, Bangladesh Telecommunication Company Limited (BTCL), also gets 80.3 crore BDT from Teletalk.

4 August of this year, Bangladeshi Govt recruited a new Managing Director (MD) by transferring the previous MD. Now the company thinking to merge with another telecommunication company for keeping its work active.

Grameenphone, a subsidiary of Telenor, leading Bangladeshi market by getting highest user. It has 8.75 crore user. After Grameenphone, Robi is second by getting 5.19 core user.
